Full height ceiling makes for easy entry and exiting. Limousine style seating for a more social and comfortable experience, as well as an amazing sound system and iced bar. Included with every limousine charter - A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, hard seltzers, still and a sparkling bottled water and snacks.

Our hourly rate is INCLUSIVE of all State and Local Taxes and Local Napa Valley Fuel.
Gratuity:
An 18% Gratuity is added to all private charters.
Is your pick-up and drop off locations in Napa Valley?
There is no additional charge if your pickup location is within the Napa Valley.
For pick-up or drop off locations outside of Napa Valley, there is additional charge based on where your pickup is.
Daily Fuel Charge:
Napa Valley Fuel is included in our hourly rate for tours originating and taking place in Napa Valley.
If your Pick-Up location is Napa Valley and you want to tour in Sonoma County, or vice versa, an additional fuel charge will apply.
Taxes:
All state and local taxes are included in our hourly rate.
Daily Service Minimum:
We have a six hour service minimum seven days a week for Napa and Sonoma pickup locations.
We have an eight hour service minimum for service originating from outside of Napa or Sonoma Counties.
Our hourly rate begins at the scheduled pick-up time and ends when you are dropped off. We bill in quarter hour increments.
Tasting Fees:
Guests are responsible for the cost of their tasting fees and lunch.
Winery tasting fees are the responsibility of the guest and are not include in tour pricing. Winery tasting fees range from $25 and up per person. Some of these wineries may require your credit card to hold your tasting/tour appointment. Many wineries will waive the tasting fee if you purchase their minimum purchase requirement, which is typically three to six bottles per person, or if you sign up for their wine club.
If you are planning on purchasing wine we have some winery partners that do not charge a tasting fee.
If wineries you are requesting for your itinerary require a credit card to secure your tasting/tour reservation, we will make you aware of this, and ask that you provide credit card information to us when making your itinerary. If you have us pick some of our favorite wineries for you to visit, a credit card to reserve will not be necessary.
Lunch:
We will schedule time during your tour day to stop for lunch. Please let us know what type of lunch you are interested in. Options for lunch include a deli style lunch, a quick bite at a fun local eatery, or reservations at one of the many fantastic restaurants in wine country. There are also some wineries that offer lunch to accompany the tasting.
Making A Reservation and Deposit:
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit per day booked to secure your tour date(s).
Your tour deposit can be made securely on our 'Make Deposit' tab at the top of our Home Page.
Please make sure you email or call us to check availability for the date(s) you are interested in touring prior to making a deposit.
Accepted Methods of Payment:
Cash, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)
We do not accept checks
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable
If you need to cancel your tour with us, your deposit can be credited toward a future tour or service with us for up to twelve months from the canceled tour date.
Once we have received your deposit, you are agreeing to our cancelation policy and our terms and conditions.
