My Mercedes Benz Sprinter Passenger Van is beautiful and was just purchased new in March of 2024. It Seats up to Eleven Guests.
I am an Owner/Operator, therefore I am able to offer my clientele an extremely competitive hourly rate, as I don’t have the same overhead costs of companies with employees and multiple vehicles. Plus, when you book with Perata Luxury Tours, I will personally be hosting you!
Although we can accommodate groups up to eleven comfortably, our sprinter van is an awesome alternative to an SUV for any size group. My hourly rate is based on the number of guests in your party.
Full-height 7 foot ceiling and huge power sliding door and power step make for easy boarding and exiting. For your safety and comfort, our Sprinter Van features adjustable leather seats with three—point seat belts, wood floor and upgraded sound system that you control via Apple and Android Play.
Included with every charter - Complimentary iced refreshments featuring a bottle of sparkling wine, orange juice, and still and sparkling bottled water, and snacks!

I offer complimentary pickup within the Napa Valley. For pickup or drop-off locations outside of Napa Valley, there is additional out of area pickup charge based on where your pickup location is.
State and Local Taxes:
All state and local taxes are included in our hourly rate.
Daily Service Minimum:
I have a six hour daily service minimum seven days for Napa and Sonoma County pickup locations.
I have an eight hour service minimum for service originating outside of Napa or Sonoma Counties.
I have a three hour service minimum for evening dinner service.
The hourly rate begins at the scheduled pick-up time and ends when you are dropped off. The hourly rate is billed in quarter hour increments.
Concierge Services:
Concierge services are available. This includes building and booking your itinerary, as well as confirming your appointments the day prior to your private charter.
If you have your own itinerary already booked, or plan on booking your own tasting appointments, that is fine as well.
Tasting Fees and Wine Purchasing:
Winery tasting fees, lunch/dinner and any incidentals are the responsibility of the guest and are not include in our transportation pricing.
Many wineries will waive the tasting fee if you purchase their minimum purchase requirement, which is typically three to six bottles per person, or if you sign up for their wine club or allocation list. Some wineries do not have a tasting fee, but those wineries do have a purchase expectation.
If wineries you are requesting for your itinerary require a credit card to secure your tasting/tour reservation, we will make you aware of this, and ask that you provide credit card information to us when making your itinerary. Currently, most wineries are requiring a credit card to secure tasting appointments.
If you have me pick some of my favorite wineries that I have longstanding relationships and friendships with for you to visit, a credit card to reserve your tastings in most cases will not be necessary.
Lunch:
I will schedule time during your tour day to stop for lunch. Please let me know what type of lunch you are interested in if you have a preference.
Options for lunch include a deli style lunch, a quick bite at a fun local eatery, or reservations at one of the many fantastic restaurants in wine country. If you have no preference, we typically opt for a local deli or fun and tasty eatery such as the Oxbow Marketplace, Gott's Roadside or Oakville Grocery.
Making A Reservation and Deposit:
I require a $100 non-refundable deposit per day booking to secure your tour date(s).
Deposits are made securely through my office at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your private charter with us and provide a minimum of seven hours notice, your deposit can be credited toward a future charter service with us for up to 12 months from the canceled charter date.
IF YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE, You will be charged the six hour service minimum at the hourly rate that was agreed upon and outlined on the confirmation email. This six hours of service can be used as a credit for charter services with Perata Luxury Tours at a future date for up to one year (12 months) from original reservation date. This credit is non-transferable.
Once we have received your deposit, you are agreeing to our cancelation policy and our terms and conditions.
Accepted Methods of Payment:
Accepted Methods of payment are: Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), Paypal and Venmo.
